Plasticband and the quality
Plasticband®'s quality policy

Plasticband® objective is to achieve benefits for:
  • Our costumers: Providing packaging products and services which secure that their delivers arrive wordlwide zones in the same conditions they were sent, guaranting the protection of yours goods during their transport and warehousing.
  • Our staff and partners: Offering them the oportunity of taking part in the project, estability, safety, training and the guarantee that in Plasticband will be always professionally up to date.
  • Our shareholders: In order to theirinvestments would be profitable and they still trusting in our company.
  • Our society: Developing products that provide safety to the goods transport area, helping with that to reduce the damaging in logistics; manufacturing environmental friendly products.
In order to achieve our objective, we have decided to make suitable our current S.Q.I. (Integral Quality System), which comprise quality (UNE-EN-ISO 9002), environment and safety at work, conducted according to UNE-EN-ISO-9001:2000 model, we base that on:
  • To design and manufacture distinguished products and in the way of our costumer's need, obtaining in exchange their fidelity and continuity with Plasticband.
  • To do a continuous improvement of the activities (design, production,
    training, processes, products, sales, service...) with the objective of including
    the highest value and remove those which do not contribute values to ?? our Internal and External Costumers.

Product Quality = Service Quality

To achieve the objectives that our Quality Policy and annual budgets lies down us, in Plasticband we analize sistematicly either product quality and service quality that our Customers receive, since the summary of both will decide our costumer's satisfaction level. The global management in Safety, Environtment, Quality and Customer's Service will be based in applying the methodology below at all our products.
  • To plan– To do – To verify– To act· To plan: To Establish the objectives in order to obtain results according to Customer's requirement and our quality policy.
  • To do:To carry processes out as they have been planed.
  • To verify: To check that the results obtained match with planified results and to do the deviation pursuit.
  • To act: Take actions to improve our processes.
Because that we press four sections, as follows:
 



a)To do a continuous improvement of the activities (design, production,
training, processes, products, sales, service...) with the objective of including
the highest value and remove those don`t contibute values to our Internal and External Costumers.

b) To encourage improvement suggestions of our Staff and partners, directed to a company continous improvement.
c) To use internal and external complaints as an element of continous improvement and measurement of Custumer's satisfaction.
d) To Analize in a dynamic way the Quality indicators in each process, as an analysis tool of our evolution.
In the regulation field we base our performance under ISO 9001:2000 regulation.
